Services include real estate consulting, coaching, and property advisory delivered primarily online through scheduled sessions and digital materials.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in services.

All services provide coaching and guidance only. I do not offer legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. My services do not replace consultations with licensed professionals. Results are not guaranteed.

All payments are processed through Stripe in USD. Full payment is required before services are delivered. Please see Programs or Contact for current pricing.

Sessions are scheduled in advance. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours may be forfeited.

Digital materials and resources are for your personal use only and may not be distributed, re-sold, or shared.

I am not liable for decisions you make or outcomes resulting from applying advice or strategies provided. Services are provided as-is without guarantees.
